For those who would like individual one-on-one in person assistance, we offer one-on-one training services out of Springfield Strength & Conditioning, which is a powerlifting gym located in Springfield, MO. We have two options, including one-on-one in person training or semi-private personal training. We are one of the few powerlifting coaching teams in Southwest Missouri, and help a wide array of clientele improve their mechanics and strength in the squat, bench press, and deadlift. Our initial assessment is always free, where we will go through your squat, bench press, and deadlift and break down areas for improvement, recommendations for continued progression, corrective exercise prescription, and which of our services would best suit your needs.
