When should I start working with PRs in relation to my upcoming meet?
The sooner the better! We do not have the stereotypical “12 week” or “8 week” meet peaking cycles. Instead the training is 100% customized and tailored to you in regards to when your meet is, optimal training block length, and all other variables that revolve around the optimal ways to get you strong! Even if you do not have a meet planned that is completely fine. We will set out a long term plan for your training progression to help your achieve PRs when the time comes!
