Meet Recap: Brooke had a huge total PR and PR’d every lift individually!! She put on over 100lbs to her total and she even left a little bit of weight on the platform. Brooke juggles a lot of different things between work, yoga and training for powerlifting so seeing her be able to improve her total this much makes it all the more impressive!!
