Meet Recap: Jon finished the day with a 12.5 kg total PR or roughly ~28 lbs, while also PR’ing all 3 lifts individually. John did all this after taking a 3 month hiatus between meets from lifting, while going to basic training this past summer. We are super excited for what the future holds for John.
